All our glove size charts are included with each product listing, whether it's kids or adult golf gloves.

Little Chipper size charts also include some basic instructions on how to measure your kids golf glove.

Little Chipper gloves are designed in Brisbane, and made by our friends in Pakistan.

Little Chipper golf polo shirts are made from a poly-spandex mix (88% polyester, 12% Spandex) for a comfortable, breathable and quick-drying golf shirt perfect for all-day wear. 

To look after your Little Chipper matching golf shirt, use these care instructions:

• Cold machine wash
• Do not bleach or use fabric softeners
• Tumble dry on low and remove immediately
• Do not dry in direct sunlight
• Cool Iron if necessary
• Best if stored on a coat hanger

We'll do our best to find out what happened, make sure your order arrives or send you a replacement.

The fit of your child’s golf glove will be snug, just like the fit of an adult golf glove.

The velcro strap is adjustable and the synthetic leather will stretch
slightly with use.

To assist with putting on your kid’s glove, take your time and line up each finger inside the palm of the glove at the base of each finger before slipping on the glove completely.

1. Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for faulty or incorrect size items.

- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, inside the Little Chipper Packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at admin@littlechipper.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.

4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@littlechipper.com.au with the subject heading 'Return'
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed including a prepaid shipping label to print. You will need to return the item within 7 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label. 

5. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please email at admin@littlechipper.com.au with the subject 'Exchange' with details about the item(s) you wish to exchange. 

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanging items. 

Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

7. Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Little Chipper does not except returns for change of mind.
