Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Chipper! Having a seamless shopping experience is important to you so it's important to us!

Processing Time:

  • We're a little famly run business, so please allow 5 - 7 business days to process your order.
  • Expect an email within 5 - 7 business days to let you know your order is on the way. 
  • Orders are typically processed on Mondays and Tuesdays after payment confirmation. 

Shipping Methods:

  • We exclusively use Australia Post for all shipments within Australia.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Generally, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
  • Please note that delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
  • If you have any issues with your shipping, use the provided tracking number to track on the Australia Post website. 

Shipping Rates:

  • Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to all orders within Australia up to $149 
  • Free shipping is automatically applies to orders within Australia over $150
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies to all international orders up to $199
  • Free shipping is automatically applied to international orders over $200 

Little Chipper reserves the right to change shipping costs at anytime. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the Australia Post website.

International Shipping:

  • If you're located overseas, we ship to you! Your shipping costs are a flat rate of $20 for all orders under $200.  Thanks for your patience as it may take a little longer for your order to arrive.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes may not be possible.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time frame provided in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately.  In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue promptly.
