Return and refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Chipper. Your shopping experience is important to us because we want you to love our family golf apparel as much as we do! To ensure your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and hassle-free, please read our returns policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for faulty or incorrect size items.

- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, inside the Little Chipper Packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at admin@littlechipper.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.

4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@littlechipper.com.au
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed including a prepaid shipping label to print. You will need to return the item within 7 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label. 

5. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch at admin@littlechipper.com.au with details about the item(s) you wish to exchange. 

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanging items. 

Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
